We had trouble with our landing gear on 5th wheel this morning in Checotah. Finally got it to lift enough to travel . Seemed as though gears were stripped. Saw the billboard for Prestige RV in Shawnee and pulled in. Ashley Cox was behind the service counter was very friendly and went for help. Chet Austin came out with a smile and proceeded to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a broken Sheer pin for the mechanism. Chet had it replaced in a matter of minutes and we were down the road. These kind folks turned our day around and good things seemed to happen the rest of the day. Thank you Chet and Ashley, you two are the best.

Encountered a problem with angle set bolt and shank bolts on our hitch allowing some movement in hitch on our last trip. Contacted Kyle at Prestige RV and he said to drop by and he would look at problem. Solved it immediately, even used some of his spacer washers to replace the ones lost when our set bolt loosened, and would not accept payment. Awesome service! We will be back when it comes time for wheel and brake maintenance work or anything else on our RV.

We are on a hunt for a camper they had the size we liked. We said we would go home and pray on it, and the man respected our choice. Looking for a camper honest price talk to Allen he was sweet even with our dog.

They were very good to make sure all my needs were took care of. It was below freezing weather and I had a week to make an 800 mile trip, they greased and packed my axle bearings, flushed my water heater,and winterize my trailer. Already IMPRESSED, we went here Saturday and going to take rv in Saturday something happened to our toy hauler and I called they said, see if we can work some magic, so we wont miss our vacation. Thinking I'm going to happy changing places, It sounds like they care.

Great experience!! We found the perfect travel trailer, but it had a sale pending. As soon as that sale didn't make, Alan let us know and it was ours! Debbie was great with the financing paperwork and Lloyd showed me the ropes on how to tow it. I almost made him ride back to Texas with me, but he had to get back to work. My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new bumper pull travel trailer. Having used Prestige RV Center for prior service work on our previous trailer, we decided to give them a chance and see what they might have to fit our needs. I researched pretty much all travel trailers in our price point and was very impressed with the North Trail units. Prestige went above and beyond to find the right travel trailer to fit our needs. We went back and forth several times looking at different models and they were always willing to show us other units and answer any questions that we might have. Everyone at Prestige was great to us. From Allen and Jody to Lloyd in service, Debbie in finance and finally to the owners, Chet and Brett were all great to deal with. I highly recommend them for your next RV or any service work.

We have camped/RV'ed since 1983, and few years ago decided to get new RV..We bought a

new North Trails, from Jody and loved it..Took to many different states, and enjoyed.. We just few months ago decided to trade, for larger, so called Jody again, and found they had two huge RV's for sale.. We went over, looked at the 40' North Trails RV and loved, especially with the KING size bed, kitchen, and fireplace.. We purchased immediate, on the spot ! All of the help, sales, and office have been helpful. quick, and efficient.. We have had several work jobs done also over the years here, and Lloyd and the crew are great, and helpful as well.. We will be enjoying our new home from home in Tombstone Arizona this Winter...Thanx, Prestige ! ! !

While traveling had a leak in our roof. We went to Prestige RV Center and they heard our problem and jumped right on it. They were very friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I have been full-time RVers for five years. Yesterday morning, we decided to walk over to the Lakes Park Farmers Market (just behind our RV Park) and on our way back we noticed a mobile RV repair trailer responding to a call in our park. We had been meaning to have our shower drain replaced which was not draining properly because it was intended for a sink and over time had accumulate hair and sludge! After we got back to our travel trailer, Rick decided to walk back over to the RV Repair trailer to make an appointment. Anthony, owner of Prestige RV Repair, after hearing what our needs were, said that he thought that he had just enough time to stop over and service us between his current and next appointment.Anthony and his assistant, Bill - as promised - knocked on our door within 15 minutes , ready to go! Not only did Anthony replace our sink drain with a shower drain (that Rick had already purchased at a hardware store) in half an hour, he did not charge us for the service call, but only a more than fair labor rate. Please note: we have an Airstream and in order to switch out the drain, they had to work in an EXTREMELY tight space - it was a difficult installation, that they made look easy. Anthony demonstrated focus, expert skills, care and thoroughness. As a team, Anthony and Bill were able to work efficiently with Bill assisting with the installation as well as retrieving tools and equipment from the truck, as needed. They were extremely professional, as well as very personable. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and our service experience, not to mention - today's long morning shower was a great way to start our day!
